Riverbend Park in Oroville was established in 2006 and is a lovely oasis on the Feather River. Clean and perfect for kids, it’s a very highly rated destination in Oroville. There’s something for everyone with lots of recreational activities at Riverbend Park, including your pup!

Where to Find Riverbend Park

Located along the Feather River, Riverbend Park is a beautiful site at 60 Montgomery St. in Oroville.

It is a 210-acre park with four pavilions with barbecue pits, open fields, playgrounds, a beach, boat docks, fishing ponds, a dog park, and a golf course. There are two restrooms near the pavilions.

Riverbend Park has clean and wide-open spaces perfect for a picnic. The BBQ pits near the pavilions and plenty of open space make for a great picnic.

You can fish along the Feather River and grill your fresh fish catch later.

Riding a canoe or kayaking is a great way to explore the river and have some adventure.

Let your kids enjoy the outdoors by accompanying them to the playground. The play area also has a splash pad to excite them even more.

Walking The Dog

If you plan to bring your dog, you can spend time with them at the dog park, walking along the river, or hiking nearby. 

Disc Golf

The disc golf course is open for tournaments for those that want to play this exciting sport.

Riverbend Park is perfect for biking. The pathways are suitable for both young and old riders.

Hike the famous Feather River Trail and watch scenic views of the river and wildlife in the area.
