Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Rio Linda, CA.

Being a first time home buyer I was nervous confused and completely inexperienced. Stephanie was an excellent agent ; prompt, patient and made sure I understood the process. She was available 24/7. When I found the home I LOVED she did everything she could to make it mine. Immediately going straight to her office to handle the paperwork. The first time we placed an offer we weren’t chosen, but she didn’t give up and luckily the other buyer backed out and we were chosen the 2nd offer.( I had an agent before her and when I expressed interest in a house she told me she will place a offer later, I fired her because homebuying is all about timing.) Stephanie has years of experience and really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her. You need an agent who will work with you and FOR you, that you can trust and rely on to fight for you (it’s tough believe me) she had my families best interest at heart and wasn’t only about the money.
