Benjamin was raised on St Croix, US Virgin Islands, but has lived in Chico since 2005
with his wife Jody and their 2 sons. The military brought him to the West Coast. He is a
combat veteran from the US Army and served in a construction engineering unit that
took him to amazing places like Germany, Honduras, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
With over 15 years of sales and great customer service experience in retail sales, outside
sales and property management, which serves him well in his real estate career,
Benjamin takes pride in working with character and integrity. He is also a licensed
Insurance Agent with Allstate.
His career has taught him the three W’s. Win, Win, Win. When a sale results in the seller
winning, the buyer winning, and both agents winning, what could be better?
When he is not helping people find their perfect home or their best insurance policy, you
can often find him on the court, supporting our local basketball teams.
