Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Paradise, CA.

Doug was great! I’m a CA real estate broker living out of state and while I could have come back to list my mom’s home for sale, I wanted a local expert to do the job instead. Being in the business, I had a different perspective on things than I think many people might. Doug was professional, courteous, enthusiastic and attentive to details. Most of all he was a great communicator. This was a difficult sale for us (our family home where we had grown up as children) and Doug was the perfect person to handle the multiple offers we received, the inevitable hiccups in the escrow, pushing it through to a successful closing.
